Welcome to The Bioinformatics Group at School of Computing of Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Our group aims to study, develop and apply state-of-the-art computational techniques to handle with Molecular Biology and Computational Biology problems. The group has also expertise in conducting sequence data analyses, like genome assembly to annotation and differential expression. The group is officially registered at CNPq.
